Nepal Visa Information

On booking with Adventure-1 treks, All visitors need to carry a valid passport of a minimum of six months validity from the arrival to departure dates in Nepal.
Nepal entry for a tourist visa, available from your countries at Nepal Embassies or Consulates. If not can get on arrival at Kathmandu-Nepal Tribhuvan International Airport, including any border entry points having immigration posts.  

For countries like Bhutan-Tibet and India, the rules apply the same as above like in Nepal, but on booking trips for neighboring countries. Adventure-1 requires full passport details, and related documents a minimum of two weeks in advance. To obtain a visa and other legal processes mandated to travel around the above countries besides Nepal.

The SAARC national countries are visa issued for the 30-day free entry tourist visa. This is for the first time in a visa year afterward, the visa fees will be applicable as follows fees to be levied while issuing tourist visa us Dollars 30 for 15 days entry visa US 50 for 30 days.

Proceed to the Immigration Desk with your online form, payment receipts, and your passport

Hand in your documents to the immigration officer for visa processing. He/she issues a visa to you upon his/her satisfaction.

Visa Extension Fee 

Tourist visa extension is done for a minimum of 15 days with USD 45 and USD 3 per day for additional days.

In case of delay, fewer than 150 days, an additional visa fee is USD 5 per day is a late fine.
