Trekking gears: Normally, trekkers should choose the best quality trekking gear for high-altitude Trekking in Nepal. Trekking gears should choose sturdy Hiking boots, comfortable backpacks, and warm clothing.
Health protections: Trekking in Nepal will be always not easy because going trekking means hiking up to a high hilly area. You should be aware of altitude sickness symptoms and take preventive measures. Have warm tea, soup, and water (3 to 5 liters) daily, and prepare some acclimatization days. Better to keep a medical box of first aid which you should put normal medication and Diamox. 
Training: If you are planning trekking, you should exercise regularly like cardiovascular exercise, strength training, and long hiking to build your endurance. 
Pace Yourself: Basically, while you are starting your trek from the city to the village start to hike up the hilly area. Your guide will suggest you walk slowly even if you are strong enough, you will walk at a steady pace to conserve energy and help with acclimatization to complete the trip.
